80 years is an entire life and an unfading memory. A new generation has grown up, but the importance of the Great Victory remains the same!
These are the fundamental values that shape our understanding of the good and the bad, heroism and betrayal, honor and duty to the Motherland. Our grandfathers and great-grandfathers, grandmothers and great-grandmothers performed incredible feats every day! Our gratitude has grown over the years. We now see more clearly the importance of peaceful skies above us and are grateful to those who gave their lives for us to live freely, develop and raise children.
The price of the Victory was extremely high. Millions of Soviet people: soldiers and officers, partisans, underground fighters and home front workers gave their lives for the freedom!
The war affected every family. And today, our front-line soldiers are fighting to win the victory at the cost of their lives, defending our Motherland in the special military operation. They protect our peace and stand for the honor of the country, laying down their precious lives! We wish them a Great Victory in this hard-fought battle!
Our duty is to preserve the memory of the heroic exploit of the people whose unity and solidarity, hard work and dedication, and above all, incredible love for the Motherland won peace, freedom and independence for the coming generations.
Always remember the price of this freedom. Eternal memory to the heroes! Nobody is forgotten, nothing is forgotten!
